Our investors are people who are considered sophisticated investors as defined by the Securities Act 1978. Individuals known to Castlebar can also become investors. Investors are required to register with us in order to participate in our underwrite transactions.
All of our property underwrite investments are managed on behalf of our investors by Castlebar Capital. Each project investment is transacted via a Special Purpose Vehicle.
Castlebars principals offer a unique blend of skills and experience that allows it to source premium investment opportunities and structure transactions to mitigate financial and delivery risk.
Our aim is to provide above average returns on capital invested whilst ensuring the quality of investment is not compromised. Investment commitments start at $NZ50,000.00.
